What is your cancelation policy?
We kindly ask that you only cancel your appointment if absolutely necessary. If you’re unable to attend, please inform us by phone or email as soon as possible so we can offer the time slot to someone else. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments without notice, may incur the full cost of the treatment. Thank you for your understanding.
What is your rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Short-notice changes may be subject to a fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
What if I am running late?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re running late. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but unfortunately, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment to avoid delaying the next client.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer our own gift cards, which make a lovely present! You can purchase them in the salon or online.
What are the paymeny options?
Clients are welcome to pay in advance through Treatwell. We also accept iDEAL, Tikkie, online payments, and our own gift cards. While cash is possible in some cases, we kindly prefer electronic payments whenever possible.
Can I pay in instalments?
This is unfortunately not possible.
Are children allowed in the clinic?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring your children to the treatment. We therefore request that you take this into account.
It is possible to bring someone to my appointment?
You may bring a maximum of one person to your appointment.
Who is welcome at your salon?
Everyone is welcome at our practice—regardless of gender, background, or identity. Your comfort and confidence are our top priority.
Do you see multiple clients at once?
No, your time is just for you. I work with only one client at a time to ensure full focus, personal attention, and a calm, private atmosphere during your treatment.
What is the best way to make an appointment?
This is easiest done online, via the BOOK button in the menu bar. Or via e mail or whatsapp.
I have party, premiere, wedding or special event, can I come to you for glow up?
Absolutely! To ensure your skin looks its best for your special day, we recommend scheduling an appointment a few months in advance. This gives us time to explore treatment options together and create your perfect glow.
Do you offer bridal make-up?
Yes, we offer professional bridal makeup tailored to your style and vision at our location. To ensure everything is perfect for your big day, we recommend scheduling a trial session a few weeks in advance. We can also advise on skincare treatments leading up to the wedding to help you achieve a radiant, long-lasting glow. On-location services and bridal party packages are also available upon request—just get in touch for more details.
I am pregnant, can I also visit?
Yes, you’re very welcome! Some treatments are safe during pregnancy, but others—such as SkinPen, light/laser therapy, medical peels, and coagulation therapy—should be avoided. We’ll gladly advise you on suitable options.
Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Some treatments may require an initial consultation to assess your skin and discuss your goals. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to advise you.
Do you offer massage treatments?
Yes, we offer relaxing massage treatments designed to reduce stress, release tension, and support overall well-being.
